Welcome to The Harris Martin
There's no official start time. Class starts whenever you show up and fall in at one of the 14 stations. All classes are 45min to 1hr.
Dr. Harris Martin designed all programs and he makes sure you do the exercises properly to maximize your fat-burning/muscle-gaining potential.
Working out is fun at THMM but we just don't sweat for fun. We track our workouts every first and last Monday and Tuesday of the month with the SHF app to hold everyone accountable to their goals.
